Leadership Coaching Programme

This is a six-month programme to immerse leaders in the art and science of well-being and peak performance.

In the noisy and sometimes chaotic modern world, the demands on leaders are higher than ever, causing many to struggle to keep on top of workloads whilst staying fit and healthy. Low energy, lack of motivation, brain fog and emotional outbursts are all signs that not everything is as it should be.

By looking at the human being as comprising three supporting, interconnected systems, we can begin to find ways to balance the physical, mental and emotional levels. Learning to bring the gut, heart and head into balance creates a powerful framework for developing courage, building powerful connections with teams and acting with wisdom.
